If you are ill or no longer require your home visit please cancel in good time giving
24 hours notice otherwise the appropriate fee may be incurred.
Payment is due at the time of service. We are able to accept cash or a personal cheque supported by a current bankers card. We do not accept accept payment by debit / credit cards.
We are able to accept payment by direct bank transfer if required. Please let us know and we will let you have our bank details.
If your treatment is covered by personal / company medical insurance we are happy to invoice them directly. Please bring your medical policy details and any authorisation reference you have been given to your initial appointment.
Please let us know if your policy has an excess payable. Please note that this becomes due after the initial treatment period.
We are registered providers with all the major medical insurance providers. Please clarify with them that they will cover our domiciliary rates.
